Ingredients:
3 to 4 potatoes (cut in bite size pieces)
2 carrots shredded
1 onion (chopped)
1 can Campbell’s Cream of Mushroom soup
1 can Campbell’s Cream of Celery soup
1 12 oz can of Evaporated Milk
2 cans chopped clams (drained –save juice*)
Directions:
Boil Potatoes, drain when done. (reserve some of the water to use to get consistency wanted later).
Sauté carrots & onion in butter.
Heat soup, milk, and clams. Add carrots, onions, and potatoes and simmer. Season with salt and pepper and *add clam juice to get desired taste.
